The store is set up to bring customers closer to authors and help give them more for their amazing work. We hope you can benefit too as our aim is to provide great value and reduce third parties' costs - so authors get more.

Out of adversity comes happiness. Have you ever been in that situation, when something great was about to happen and then Boom ! It cra-a-shes down?  Well possibly we are all feeling it, with this with CoVid global catastrophe hitting us. 

Happy London Press was born out of adversity - hence its name - and  this is why we want to bring a lot more happiness. 

OK, so we are small, but we are most certainly very passionate about growing a great community of new writers, interesting authors and a wonderful mix of readers and book-lovers.  

We want to share experiences with you - and have a dynamic relationship with each of our authors and readers,.


Using our social media channels - we love bringing together amazing people who can share interesting facts or help you to write, or introduce you to new writers who have a different voice from the norm, we even will soon be launching a funky colourful magazine to help you with writing a short story (I hope you will consider entering it into the Hi2020 Competition).

Do you need International delivery?


For a special delivery of our letterbox gift products - to USA, Europe or Australia - please email HappyLDN(at)

to arrange international delivery and we will do our best to keep it cost effective - or you could arrange your own and get them to collect from our studio Tuesday- Thursday 10 - 2pm

How do I track my order?


If your order is more than 2 kilos we use a courier service - they ask for you email and mobil number from which they will send you updates about your delivery.

If your order is under 2 kilos - we use Royal Mail service - which unfortunately has no tracking facility.

What we can't refund
Unfortunately we are a small business and are not always able to provide a refund

  • We cannot refund EBOOKS - as it is not possible to hand it back after downloading.

  • Personalised items and custom-made items,

  • If you knew an item was faulty when they bought it

  • If you damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it (though they may still have the right to a repair, replacement or partial refund)

  • If you changed your mind and no longer want an item 

How do I return an item?


Please tell us as soon as possible, if you would like to cancel your order. If you want to return the goods, you have up to 7 days to let us know by email HappyLDN(at)

If you want to return the goods you will need to first get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can find out what is wrong and send you a return address label via email. Please take photographs if required and email to us.

We take a lot of care when packaging up the goods and choosing a reliable courier service.


You will need to package the goods for return with exactly the same condition it arrived - use as much protection wrapping, padding and boxing as was supplied. - Failure to package the returns securely and protectively - will mean you will forfeit the refund - as it might mean that we cannot resell the goods if they are not faulty.  Please enclose a copy of the purchase receipt. 

You will need to arrange the returns delivery. 

We only have to accept returns from the person who bought the item.
